Join the hunt for endless treasure!

This game uses the TreasureHunt plugin:

The purpose of TreasureHunt is to give people even more fun things to do. This plugin's timer checks every minute against a random number generator. If it hits, a chest of random value spawns in the world, and is placed in a somewhat random location. By this I mean that the plugin checks random locations underground until it finds a dark area with either stone, obsidian, stone brick, or mossy cobblestone under it. Once a location is chosen, a chest is placed with a selection of items randomly chosen from a list you set up in the plugin's config file. Based on the value (randomly determined at spawn, weighted towards low-end chests), a certain amount of loot will fill the chest. A glowstone block replaces the block under the chest to mark it.

The players are informed of the spawning of the chests via broadcast, and the hunt begins! Players can now do /hunt or left-click with a rotten flesh (50% chance of consumption) to get the distance to the nearest chest horizontally (does not take into account height, making you have to dig when you arrive). You move and keep checking the command to determine the direction of the chest. The first one to open the chest is the one who claims it, and no one else can open it once it's claimed. The chest also cannot be destroyed. After 5 minutes from the time it was found, the chest will fade. The chest will also fade if it is not found within an hour, or if the plugins are reloaded or the server is shut down. When a chest fades, the glowstone under it is replaced with soulsand; this is just to add a neat way to see where chests have been.

The chest is also described in value by its title - Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, and EPIC. The way the generator works, the value of the actual inventory of the chest may exceed the random value chosen for it by the value of one item.
