Coordination of all prints and trailer shipments and tracking of all prints for holdovers, move-overs, and return to depot
Oversight and Direction of all newspaper Ad placement (Direct and Co-Op) and working directly with media agencies to insure listing of all theatres, showtimes, phone and addresses
Consulting on all over-the-air media buying and outdoor media placement
Consulting on design of all media including print, posters, TV spots, and radio spots
Consulting on and instituting roll out scenarios
Gathering all grosses and reporting grosses on a daily basis
Reporting to all trade publications the grosses on a weekend and weekly basis
Gathering and reporting all box office reports with data entry
Settling every engagement with the exhibitors in a timely manner
Collecting all film rentals due in a timely manner
Creating reports and sending same to clients in a timely manner, along with any monies collected within the reporting period
Available for all reasonable in person meetings and phone meetings throughout the term of the agreement
